We are looking for a Sales and Platform Support Manager to join the team in Melbourne, Australia. This role supports the Distribution team, primarily through providing support to sales personnel and key platform client relationships.

How You Will Add Value

  • Enhance efficiency by improving sales reporting and CRM systems

  • Work closely with sales personnel to provide support for sales of Franklin Templeton investment solutions

  • Lead and manage complex data and workflow relating to external platform relationships

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet client needs

  • Preparing materials for Portfolio Manager roadshows

  • Enhance and execute processes across distribution team

What will help you be successful in this role


Experience, Education & Certifications

  • Degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.

  • 2–3 years in funds management or investment consulting.

  • Background in finance or business is advantageous.

  • Experience with customer relationship management systems is beneficial.

Technical Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail and comfort working with data.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Ability to prioritise effectively.
