Nidec Aerospace is seeking a Sales and Operations Planning Specialist who will be supporting and optimizing the end-to-end sales process.
The position combines hands-on sales administration execution with sales operations process development.
This role acts as the central coordination point of the sales organization, ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, process efficiency, and strong coordination between Sales, Program, Trade and Compliance, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service teams.
The individual is responsible for
Design, implement, and enhance sales processes, tools, and workflows.
Develop governance and approval flow to guarantee compliance with contractual terms.
Oversee order management from order entry to invoicing and cash collection, in coordination with internal teams.
Ensure accuracy of orders, quotations, pricing, and customer data in CRM and ERP.
Handle escalations related to orders, delivery constraints, or customer claims.
Support the monthly/quarterly forecast and annual planning.
Interface with Commercial (pricing, contract terms), Trade & Compliance (export control) Supply Chain (order fulfillment, delivery), Finance (revenue recognition, credit checks and collection), and Customer Service (claims, service levels)
Technical Attributes and Experience
Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer management
Understanding of pricing structures and commercial policies
Solid expertise in order management workflows, ERP/CRM data flows, and master data accuracy
Ability to produce accurate forecasts and management dashboards
Ability to collaborate with Sales, Program Finance, Supply Chain
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field (required)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or Commercial Operations in a B2B industrial environment
Advanced experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Proficient in English
Familiarity with pricing governance, contract administration and trade compliance
Ability to manage accurate sales forecasts and analytics
High attention to detail, data accuracy, and process discipline
Continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
