Job Description
Working directly with the Director of Sales Operations and Sales Operations Specialist, this role offers hands-on experience supporting sales processes, managing data, and assisting cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. You will collaborate with various teams, enhance communication skills, and gain exposure to client-facing tasks.
Primary Responsibilities
· Update documentation for sales processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
· Learn and understand the sales cycle from start to finish.
· Collect, interpret, and analyze data sets used to manage business operations.
· Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations.
· Perform data analysis and generate reports.
· Assist in creating and testing new CRM and BI dashboards.
Candidate Profile
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Critical thinking and proactive initiative.
