About the Role: North Star Resource Group is seeking motivated juniors or seniors to join our Financial Advising Development Program. This paid summer internship provides hands-on experience in financial services, sales, and marketing under the mentorship of experienced advisors.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage client databases
• Prospect and market to potential clients
• Build lists and execute email campaigns
• Complete financial advising case studies
• Graduate from North Star University advising courses

What We’re Looking For:

• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude
• Highly motivated with a sense of urgency
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Marketing or sales experience preferred
• Leadership experience or proven ability to overcome challenges
