Provide analytical and sales support to the Sales Team. Develop reporting systems and create new reports in addition to maintaining existing reports which monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights to the team. Analyze data to provide insights and identify opportunities for improvement. Support the overall coordination of sales business assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Using syndicated and shipment data to conduct analysis, report observations, and forecast for the club team. Provide insightful commentary (consumption, volumes, bridge, etc.).
- Support sales team with volume / revenue forecasting and reporting.
- Manage all aspects of customer plans (AFS, trade spending management, recordkeeping, reconciliation, liaison with deductions team).
- AFS inputs (RAM responsibility to keep analyst informed of demo commitments, merchandising offers/status, buyer carryover approvals, etc.).
- Recordkeeping and reconciliation (posting contracts to AFS and support deduction team with timely reconciliation).
- Trade Spend Management (input from RAM) via AFS promotions and off line accrual trackers.
- Plan reporting (volume and spend).
- Manage Field Agent and coordinate audits and evaluate competitive pressures/value to retail metrics.
Experience, Skills, Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Previous experience within a CPG/Food company and Club Channel preferred
- Proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office Suite required
- Must possess excellent decision making skills
- Ability to multi-task projects and continually prioritize workload as customer and internal demands require, ensuring deadlines are met
- Excellent time management and organizational skills required
- Strong Project Management Capabilities
- Basic skills in AC Nielsen required
- Proven Analytical skills required
