Entry-Level Sales Representative (Licensing Paid)

No License? No Problem - We’ll Pay for It.

We’re hiring motivated, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is an inbound & outbound phone sales role.

Through our paid, multi-tier training program, you’ll learn a consultative sales process that allows you to confidently guide customers toward medical coverage that best fits their needs. What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with interested consumers
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call metrics
  • Educate customers on available health plan options
  • Accurately explain plan details, coverage, and benefits
  • Act as a trusted sales advisor, recommending appropriate solutions
  • Attend ongoing training to stay current on products and compliance
  • Follow all HIPAA, compliance, and ethical guidelines
  • Ask satisfied customers for referrals

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to follow a call script and handle high call volume

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to obtain a State Health Insurance License within 4 weeks
    (We pay for training and licensing support)
  • Comfortable using a Windows-based computer
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
  • Willingness to complete required certifications on time

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Phone sales or call center experience
  • Experience selling insurance or financial products
