Main Missions
Sales Excellence
- Master sales techniques and inspire colleagues.
- Offer inspiring and creative advice to clients.
- Achieve set sales and performance targets (KPIs).
Client Experience
- Be a storyteller and personal stylist for clients.
- Inspire customers and deliver expected services and communication.
- Develop the customer database.
- Manage after-sales service.
Business Development
- Know best/slow sellers and identify missed opportunities.
- Analyze figures and KPIs to improve business; be familiar with daily reports.
- Identify customer profiles and anticipate their needs.
- Share insights and learnings with the Boutique Manager.
