Join the founding team of our unique Concept Store in Marbella, bringing together the elegance of Maison Michel and the precious craftsmanship of Goossens. As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of the client experience.

Main Missions

Sales Excellence

  • Master sales techniques and inspire colleagues.
  • Offer inspiring and creative advice to clients.
  • Achieve set sales and performance targets (KPIs).

Client Experience

  • Be a storyteller and personal stylist for clients.
  • Inspire customers and deliver expected services and communication.
  • Develop the customer database.
  • Manage after-sales service.

Business Development

  • Know best/slow sellers and identify missed opportunities.
  • Analyze figures and KPIs to improve business; be familiar with daily reports.
  • Identify customer profiles and anticipate their needs.
  • Share insights and learnings with the Boutique Manager.
