Sales Administrator, Rx Compliance Solutions

Position Summary: 

As a member of the Sales Operations team and under the general supervision of a manager, the Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the execution of the strategy and growth of assigned products within the assigned product portfolio. This position is responsible for supporting the overall growth and revenue plans for the assigned products. The responsibility includes supporting key areas within the product lifecycle for assigned Inmar products, which can include market research, product definition focus, business planning, planning and development, programs, launch readiness and sales support. In addition to owning key areas of responsibility within the product lifecycle, the Sales Administrator may consult with cross-functional teams from technical product management, product marketing, sales, solution experts, finance and account management on other key responsibilities within the product.  Sales support will include processing orders and submitting for billing, and managing contract opportunity life cycles including renewals and amendments.

Primary Accountabilities: 

 

  • Operational (50%)

  • Support the execution of the quote-to-cash process, ensuring accurate and timely coordination of invoicing and revenue activities

  • Maintain and track sales and revenue data, including month-to-date and year-to-date performance, to support reporting and forecasting

  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance (Accounts Receivable and Collections) to resolve order-to-cash issues and ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies across sales orders, contracts, and invoicing to maintain data integrity

  • Administrative (50%)

  • Maintain accurate contract and customer records within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity for reporting and sales planning

  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and completion aligned with defined KPIs

  • Adhere to established sales operations processes, tools, and best practices

  • Work independently to manage responsibilities and drive tasks through to completion with minimal supervision

Required Qualification:

  • Three to five years of related work experience in one or more (preferably a combination) of the following fields: marketing research or promotions, product development and/or, management, client services/operations, account management, customer service, billing.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all projects

  • Intermediate level proficiency utilizing Google Suite, MS Word, Excel, Business English and composition (professional level)

  • Experience with a CRM tool (i.e. Salesforce)

  • Facilitate communications and problem solve

  • Compose complex, professional business correspondence and reports

  • Plan own work after objective is set by supervisor
