Job Title: Sales Administrator Coordinator

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• 3–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and international shipping documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to create and manage spreadsheets, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.


Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline our logistics operations. This role is critical in ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods, compliance with customs regulations, and seamless coordination across internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Shipment Management (IMPORT-Air & Sea)
• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transporters to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays or issues.

Customs Clearance & Compliance

• Handle documentation and processes related to customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and duty structures.
• Liaise with customs authorities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes.

Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with the Finance team to manage duties, taxes, and related financial documentation.
• Collaborate with the Purchase team to track and manage purchase orders (POs) and vendor shipments.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, sales, warehouse) for shipment planning and updates.
• Provide timely and accurate shipment status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.


Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs documents, and logistics costs.
• Prepare regular reports on shipment status, logistics KPIs, and cost analysis.
• Support audits and internal reviews with relevant documentation.
