Sales Administrative Associate
Step into the commercial engine of a luxury hotel, where strategy meets execution. As a Sales Administrative Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives revenue, shapes market positioning, and brings business opportunities to life.
This role offers valuable exposure to the world of hotel sales, marketing, and client engagement—making it an ideal entry point for individuals looking to build a career in commercial or revenue-focused roles within luxury hospitality.
What you will do:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Sales and the Commercial team
Prepare reports, proposals, and sales documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
Manage bookings, enquiries, and client communications in a timely and professional manner
Maintain and update key databases, ensuring information is current and well-organised
Support coordination of sales activities and client engagements to ensure seamless execution
Collaborate across departments to support revenue-generating initiatives and business objectives
What you bring:
Diploma or equivalent qualification
Strong attention to detail with a proactive and reliable work ethic
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
Curiosity and interest in the luxury hospitality or commercial space
