Job Summary
As a Senior Account Manager at NXP Semiconductors, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong, long-term relationships with our strategic clients within the semiconductor industry.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at assigned customer accounts, understanding their technical and business needs.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience and solution delivery.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to management.
* Negotiate complex contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
* Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial and strategic matters for assigned accounts.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and NXP's product portfolio to effectively position solutions to customers.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to customers.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in account management, sales, or business development within the semiconductor industry.
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and managing large, complex accounts.
* Strong understanding of semiconductor products, technologies, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch or other relevant languages is a plus.
* Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
