Join a global leader in water treatment and industrial chemical solutions. We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to support and grow pulp & paper customers across Greater Vancouver. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with strategic account management to deliver value, strengthen relationships, and drive business results.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key pulp & paper accounts in the Greater Vancouver region.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior decision makers and influencers.
  • Identify, develop, and close new opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and expand product usage.
  • Conduct regular strategy discussions with customer leadership to understand needs and align solutions.
  • Provide on-site technical service, troubleshooting, and data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Ensure strong revenue retention and price capture while delivering consistent service quality.
  • Use digital tools to analyze customer data and support continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong technical background in chemicals, water treatment, industrial processes, or pulp & paper operations; especially recovery boilers, cooling towers and wastewater  

  • Proven experience managing key accounts and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills with comfort working independently.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to interpret operational data.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer-service abilities.
  • Must be located in the Greater Vancouver area and able to work on-site with customers.
  • Valid Driver's License & Clean Motor Vehicle Record

The expected compensation range for this position is between $75,220.00 and 100,290.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
