Red Bull Technology have an exciting opportunity for an undergraduate to join our Safety, Health and Environment Department based in Milton Keynes.
You will be a valued member of the team, fully integrated into the day-to-day activities that support the development, testing, and maintenance of our cutting-edge electronic systems used across the organisation.
As a SHE student placement, you will assist the team in fostering a positive safety culture, supporting compliance with Safety, Health and Environmental regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement activities across the organisation.
Main Accountabilities:
Support the creation and maintenance of SHE compliance documentation, including risk, chemical and machinery assessments, registers, and records.
Assist with workplace inspections, environmental audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Input and manage data within Safety Management Systems and help maintain key SHE documentation such as safety data sheets and training records.
Contribute to incident and near‑miss investigations by helping identify root causes and preventative actions.
Help develop and deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness campaigns to promote a strong SHE culture.
Provide general administrative support, attend meetings, and shadow team members to gain insight into wider business and departmental activities.
Candidate Requirements:
Be available to start your placement in July 2026.
Currently working towards a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field, with a strong interest in workplace health and safety.
Demonstrates strong observational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify hazards and suggest improvement opportunities.
An effective communicator who can confidently engage with colleagues across all levels of the organisation.
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and similar software tools.
