  • Proven experience in a SH&E coordinator or administrative role within a large, multi-site organisation (industry experience in chemical, logistics or warehousing advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships, support stakeholders and provide clear guidance across all levels of the business.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, record-keeping and timely, compliant reporting.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and contribute to practical safety solutions.
  • Strong digital proficiency, including MS Office and SH&E systems and reporting tools.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and promote positive safety behaviours across teams.
