Safe Deposit Associate

As a Safe Deposit Associate you will provide an exceptional level of service in a discreet luxury environment. Ensuring the customers needs are exceeded to the best of our ability. You will need to be vigilant and aware of Anti Money Laundering (AML) legislation. You will work with within a team with your main tasks being granting customers access to their Safe Deposit facility, completing applications with potential customers, carrying out customer due diligence for potential customers and obtaining outstanding payments from clients. Your responsibilities will also include, engaging with clients and building their trust in the Harrods brand on a day to day basis.

About the Role

Deliver world class bespoke service to each individual client, ensuring their requirements are at the heart of everything we do.

Build relationships with clients to ensure they have trust in our service and the Harrods Brand.

Meet with potential clients to process their application, ensuring that we capture all the relevant information we require to complete the process.

Be vigilant and aware of all relevant AML processes that the business has in place to ensure we comply with all AML legislation.

Carry out due diligence on customers and using a risk based approach, complete a comprehensive due diligence document for the business to review.

Assist with day to administrative tasks such as producing invoices and answer customer telephone queries.

Provide constructive feedback to the business based on your interactions with customers.

About You

You will have a strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You will have Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities, ensuring customer experience is at the forefront of decision making, along with the ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.

You will have the ability to build a relationship with individual clients and create a bespoke experience for them, and have good PC literacy (Microsoft Office essential).
