Job Description
The Regional Vice President, SWC/ITD, EMEA is responsible for Influencing and collaborating with country/region sales leaders, by providing leadership and strategic direction for the Regional Sales, Services and Solutions teams.
Responsible to maximize growth and performance while achieving the overall regional quota as well as creating an inclusive environment that attracts, retains, and develops leadership talent for future business needs.
Responsible for developing, communicating and executing a 3–5-year Regional Strategy/Plan. Key contributor to EMEA Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) Strategy and drives regional alignment with EMEA priorities. Develops and nurtures strategic executive level relationships with key customers, partners, and other regional growth influences. You will report to the EMEA President and work within the EMEA Region.
Your Responsibilities:
- Accountable to meet the annual plan for SWC/ITD and to build an organization that supports BSR growth goals.
- Responsible for the full scope of people management accountabilities, including performance development, coaching, wellbeing, team dynamics, and accountability—ensuring direct reports are supported, empowered, and held to high standards in alignment with organizational values and methodologies.
- Support Regional President for EMEA Sales in development of strategies to ensure continued success of the region.
- Support key strategic initiatives related to talent management: Workforce planning, acquisition of talent, development of talent, and creating and inclusive and engaged organization.
- Ensures we have the right competency and resource deployment within RA and in conjunction with key Partners to drive growth across all customer segments.
- Key contributor to regional Channel strategy development and accountable for execution.
- Insures understanding of the value of limited distribution by all team members and accountable for executing in accordance with our principles
- Develop and nurture strategic executive level relationships with key accounts, partners and regional influences.
- Responsible for ensuring effective collaboration across Segmented Sales, Delivery, Partner Network, BUs and HQ functions.
- Accountable for performance and health of Rockwell business units as well as the Partner Network within the region and has the ability to balance commercial and financial decisions including channel interests relative to Services/Solutions.
- Responsible for success of key Initiatives
- Develop and plan productivity programs that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitates teaming with other regions to drive Global sales growth and support global project activity for the accounts within the geography.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
- Legal authorization to work in EMEA. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- The ability to travel 25% of the time.
- Valid Drivers license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years management experience.
- Proven experience on strategy delivery for SAAS and ARR.
- Additional business-related degree and/or experience.
- experience in sales, marketing, or operations
- 5 or more years in the industry of multi-billion-dollar, global customer, or services provider
- Previous global sales experience.
- Knowledge of technology, solutions, and services in Automation market. IT/OT convergence as well consulting experience is appreciated.
- Strong understanding of various channels to market and how each one operates.
- Ability to work with and gain confidence of senior leadership level (internal and external) in a highly collaborative, matrixed stakeholder organization.
