About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Overview of the Role:

As RVP of Sales for Denmark, you will lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, driving strategic sales initiatives and revenue growth across the Danish enterprise market. Working with Agentforce and the full Salesforce AI CRM platform, you will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, build a diverse and inclusive team culture, and engage at C-level with some of Denmark's most significant organisations. This is a leadership role for someone who combines strong business-to-business sales expertise with a genuine passion for developing people.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Denmark Enterprise sales team, driving pipeline generation, opportunity identification, and revenue growth across the Salesforce portfolio
  • Lead, recruit, and develop a team of Account Executives — providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to maintain high closure rates and quota attainment
  • Engage at C-level in customer organisations, supporting Account Executives in client meetings and coordinating internal resources including specialists, solution engineering, and executive stakeholders
  • Deliver accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting to Area Sales Management, while consistently elevating the quality and consistency of team sales activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing enterprise sales teams, with experience in both direct and matrix people management
  • Strong background in solution sales within software, SaaS, cloud, or business applications, with demonstrated success selling transformational technology to major enterprise customers
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels — internally and externally
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience leading enterprise sales teams in the Danish or broader Nordic market
  • Familiarity with Agentforce, AI-driven CRM, or multi-cloud Salesforce selling motions
  • Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-paced, matrix sales organisation
