Este rol anticipa, personaliza y atiende las necesidades de los huéspedes antes de que lo soliciten y cuenta con conocimiento sobre los servicios y comodidades del hotel.
Responsabilidades:
Será responsable por la entrega de los pedidos de los huéspedes en las habitaciones.
Colaborará en tareas con las/os encargadas/os de habitaciones.
Colaborará con el orden de los pantries y depósitos.
Control de stock y reposición de linen y amenidades.
Requisitos:
Vocación de servicio y adaptabilidad.
Atención por el detalle.
Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar en turnos y horarios rotativos (excluyente).
Experiencia en la posición.
Conocimiento de inglés.
El postulante deberá contar con la documentación necesaria para trabajar en el país.
