Run-off Engineer-Extrusion

Position Summary:

This position shall be responsible as a Testing, Runoff and Trial of Extrusion machinery of Milacron.

Work You’ll Do:

• Delivering plug-and-play machines on time
• Overall 5S improvements in the zone area
• Kaizen activity related to product improvement/suggestion for cost reduction
• Develop SOP and Runoff procedure as and when needed
• Make part deviation form - PDF
• Helping Trainee Engineers and Juniors in troubleshooting
• Revision of the Runoff check sheet on a regular basis for improvement
• Productivity improvement as per the yearly target by process improvement
• Load Trial, Customer Trial, Demo Trial of Extrusion Machine
• Inspection & Testing of Downstream Equipment at Supplier End
• Maintain History Files & Testing Reports
• Maintain records as per ISO requirements

Team:

Overview of team this role will be a part of Operation team and will be based at Ahmedabad.

Education Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Plastics Engineering.

Preferable: Electrical Engineer will be preferable.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Testing of Capital equipment, experience in extrusion machines or Injection molding machines shall be added advantage.
