Who You Are
You are a hands-on and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising professional with strong styling awareness and a passion for creating cohesive full-look and category presentations. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy bringing approved direction to life physically and digitally, and take pride in supporting global teams with the tools and clarity needed to execute confidently. You are proactive, organized, and eager to deepen your expertise across RTW, Men’s, and licensee categories.
What You’ll Do:
Category Execution
- Support execution of Visual Merchandising direction for RTW, Men’s, and licensee categories across global Outlet and Lifestyle channels
- Ensure presentation reflects approved styling, silhouette, product focus, and seasonal messaging
- Maintain strong understanding of seasonal product assortments to support effective outfitting and category presentation
- Own execution standards for licensee categories, including:
- watches and jewelry presentations
- soft goods walls and fixtures
- eyewear and fragrance
- other licensed category displays
Styling & Showroom Support
- Co-style mannequins and outfit looks within showroom environments under approved direction set by senior leadership
- Physically support layout, product placement, fixture usage, case and table presentation, and category zoning during showroom builds
- Assist in developing example looks and category presentations used for communication and training
- Ensure showroom environments support commercial and storytelling priorities
Digital Seasonal Guides
- Develop RTW, Men’s, and licensee category content for seasonal digital VM guides based on approved direction
- Create clear and actionable visual reference materials for global execution
- Maintain and update category-specific digital assets to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Regional Support & Communication
- Provide day-to-day execution guidance to regional teams as needed, escalating strategic or directional questions through the Senior Manager
- Support regions in adapting approved direction to varying retail formats while maintaining brand consistency
- Gather feedback and execution insights to inform future tools and improvements
Store Support & Travel
- Travel to key stores for seasonal launches, openings, or execution support as required
- Assist in resolving execution challenges in-store to ensure successful implementation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Merchandising, Production, Design, and VM teams to support category execution needs
- Collaborate with internal teams managing licensee businesses to understand product priorities and presentation requirements
Competitive & Trend Insight
- Monitor RTW, Men’s, and licensee category presentation trends within the accessible luxury and luxury market
- Share insights that support execution relevance and competitiveness
You’ll Need to Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within multi-store retail environments
- Strong understanding of VM execution principles, particularly outfitting and category presentation
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in visual presentation and digital tools
