RTR Finance Lead

What you will do

As the Enterprise RTR Finance Lead, you will drive the design and delivery of global Record to Report (RTR) processes as part of a major ERP transformation. You will lead process standardization, simplification, and governance across the enterprise, ensuring scalable, compliant, and future‑ready finance operations.

You will partner closely with the ERP RTR Director, Global Process Owner, PMO, Finance leadership, and implementation partners to shape the future‑state RTR model and support successful ERP adoption.

How you will do it

  • Define and deliver the enterprise RTR transformation vision, strategy, scope, and success criteria.

  • Design end‑to‑end global RTR processes across cycles, geographies, and reporting requirements.

  • Ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion target operating models.

  • Drive decisions through governance forums on scope, priorities, and dependencies.

  • Identify standard vs. exception processes and benchmark best practices.

  • Partner with the RTR GPO to assess efficiency, controls, and compliance, and drive improvements.

  • Support ERP implementation across RTR, PTP, and OTC workstreams.

  • Provide expert input to ensure smooth delivery, adoption, and change management.

  • Support rollout of RTR edge applications (e.g. account reconciliation, journal governance tools).

  • Lead or support creation of user stories, UAT, training, and global requirements definition.

  • Partner with Finance and Shared Services to ensure effective change and adoption.

  • Act as Controller or Accounting Manager for in‑scope processes during transition periods when required.

What we look for

Required

  • Strong hands‑on experience in financial accounting and controlling.

  • Deep knowledge of RTR processes, controls, and compliance.

  • Proven experience optimizing and documenting end‑to‑end finance processes.

  • ERP transformation and international template experience.

  • Experience in shared services environments.

  • Strong stakeholder, governance, and change leadership skills.

  • Analytical, structured problem‑solver able to work in global matrix organizations.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • CPA or controllership experience.

  • Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP platforms.

  • Ability to design end‑to‑end finance processes.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2,700 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
