Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily SAP Basis operations (system monitoring, job management, user administration, transports)
Manage system installations, upgrades, patches, and kernel updates
Handle transport management and coordinate changes across environments (DEV, QA, PRD)
Monitor system performance and perform tuning activities
Support incident, problem, and change management processes (e.g., ServiceNow)
Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
Work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve issues
Support audits and ensure compliance with IT policies
Requirements
3–6 years of SAP Basis experience
Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, transports, and system administration
Experience with SAP HANA and/or S/4HANA is an advantage
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and change control processes
Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to SAP Solution Manager or monitoring tools
Basic scripting/automation knowledge
