Job Description:

Key Process & Technical Knowledge 

The OCM Manager should be experienced in: 

  • Designing and executing Organizational Change Management strategies for ERP/SAP programs. 

  • Knowledge of SAP transformation programs and their impact on business processes. 

  • Familiarity with Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model, or equivalent frameworks. 

  • Understanding of communication planning, stakeholder mapping, and business readiness assessments. 

  • Experience with end-user adoption tools (SAP Enable Now, SuccessFactors Learning, or similar). 

  • Integration of OCM with Training, Cutover, and Go-Live activities. 

  • Knowledge of business process transformation across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Operations. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Define and implement the overall OCM strategy and roadmap for the SAP program. 

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to understand change implications. 

  • Develop and execute a communications plan to keep leadership and end-users informed. 

  • Drive business readiness assessments and report adoption risks to leadership. 

  • Partner with the Training Manager to ensure training content is aligned with change objectives. 

  • Manage change agent / super user networks to cascade awareness and adoption. 

  • Facilitate workshops and town halls to explain benefits, changes, and expectations. 

  • Monitor and manage resistance to change by engaging with business leaders. 

  • Ensure OCM activities are integrated into the project plan and tracked by PMO. 

  • Create KPIs and adoption metrics to measure success of OCM activities. 

  • Provide leadership with recommendations for post go-live sustainment (continuous adoption, refresher training, support structures). 

 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

Education & Certifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or Organizational Development. 

  • Prosci Change Management Certification (or equivalent) preferred. 

Experience 

  • 10+ years in organizational change management, with at least 5 years in SAP or ERP transformations. 

  • Proven success in large-scale business transformation projects. 

  • Strong experience in executive stakeholder management. 

Technical Skills 

  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA business impacts across modules. 

  • Familiarity with training & adoption platforms (Enable Now, SuccessFactors Learning). 

  • Ability to design adoption dashboards and KPIs. 

Soft Skills 

  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills. 

  • Strong stakeholder influence and negotiation skills. 

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through change and uncertainty. 

  • Empathy and resilience in handling user resistance.
