The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a RPA UiPath Developer to work at our Stennis Space Center, MS customer site location. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping with the HEITS/DHS mission.
The UiPath Developer would be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using UiPath software. They would analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation, create workflows, configure robots, and ensure successful implementation.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensure day-to-day operations of the development and production environments
Deploying workflows to DHS networks
Process Analysis & Design: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas where automation can improve efficiency and reduce costs
Workflow Development: Design and develop automation workflows using UiPath Studio and best practices.
Robot Configuration: Configure robots (UiPath agents) to run automated tasks.
Testing & Debugging: Thoroughly test automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance, and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Implementation & Deployment: Deploy the automated solutions into the production environment and provide support for their ongoing maintenance
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for the automation processes, workflows, and solutions
Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, other developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and ongoing maintenance
Basic Qualifications
BS degree and/or 5-10 years of prior relevant experience; additional direct related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Active TS clearance
UiPath Proficiency: Familiarity with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components
Experience: 1-2 years of general UiPath development experience
Programming Knowledge: Basic understanding of programming concepts and experience with scripting languages (e.g., C#, VB.NET, PowerShell)
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design effective workflows
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for troubleshooting and resolving issues with automated processes
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users
Continuous Learning: A willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest developments in UiPath and RPA technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with scripting using PowerShell, Python or similar scripting languages
Experience with PostgreSQL databases
Government operations experience
Experience deploying applications
