Job Purpose:
We are seeking an Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in automation, analytics, dashboard development, and AI-enabled tools. This mid-level role focuses on delivering scalable automation solutions and modern data experiences using Python, APIs, and Microsoft Fabric to support finance automation initiatives.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
•Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using:
•Automation Anywhere
•Power Automate
•Python
•Build intelligent document processing solutions using Rossum.ai.
•Develop interactive front-end dashboards and visual analytics using:
•Python (e.g., Streamlit, Dash, Plotly, or similar frameworks)
•Power BI for enterprise reporting and KPI visualization
•Design, consume, and manage APIs (REST/SOAP) to enable integration between enterprise application, automation platforms, and reporting layers.
•Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation, integration, and dashboard solutions.
•Implement and manage data pipelines, models, and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Engineering, Data Factory, and Semantic Models).
•Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other AI assistants to support development, documentation, data analysis, and solution optimization.
•Ensure proper documentation, version control, and adherence to internal governance and quality standards.
•Provide ongoing support for deployed automations, integrations, and dashboards, and continuously optimize existing solutions.

•Strong experience with API integrations, including:
•REST/SOAP APIs
•Webhooks
•Authentication methods (OAuth, API keys)
•Proficiency in Python for data processing, API consumption, and front-end dashboard development.
•Strong experience with Power BI, including data modelling and dashboard design.
•Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to enhance productivity, analytics, and solution development.
•Ability to analyse requirements and design scalable automation and integration solutions.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional team.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of experience in automation, RPA, analytics, system integration, or digital transformation roles.
•Experience building custom lightweight applications using Python.
•Experience working with enterprise system integrations (finance platforms).
•Exposure to AI-driven automation or intelligent document processing solutions.
•Familiarity with automation governance, documentation standards, and solution lifecycle management
•Exposure to modern data platforms, Lakehouse architectures, or cloud-based analytics.
•Mid-level automation professional capable of delivering solutions end-to-end.
•Comfortable working across automation, APIs, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools.
•Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
Preferred Experience:
•Experience in integrating RPA with various third-party applications and platforms.
•Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and other advanced automation techniques is a plus.

Prevent damage of equipment and assets Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices Responsible for using appropriate PPE’s Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse any to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his work place. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe To be able to operate fire extinguisher in case of fire To report an incident as soon as possible to immediate supervisor and HSE manager To complete HSE trainings as instructed to do so.
