The RPA developer will be based in Chennai, reporting to Manager
What a typical day looks like
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in RPA development using UiPath and Power Automate Desktop.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation, queries, and integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Python.
- Experience with process analysis, design, and optimization.
- Good to have skills – Python, Tableau, web/windows app development, APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as TFS and Git to handle code version control and repositories in Azure cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience we are looking to add to our team
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate Desktop as per the operational needs of an organization.
- Work with Operations and Tech Leads to analyze, access automation feasibility and provide suggestions/enhancements
- Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA processes and workflows.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation scripts.
- Optimize and enhance existing automation solutions for scalability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and coding standards.
- Provide support and maintenance for deployed BOTs, including monitoring and incident resolution
