Roster Support Specialist
Based at Multistory, Birmingham
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to our passengers and internal partners. This exciting opportunity is based within the Resources Team, Birmingham.
You will join our team providing the highest standards of rostering. You will be responsible for delivering roster support by:
Assisting with system updates regarding admin information as required (leave, detachments, mutual exchanges of duties etc.)
Updating internal admin diary with required information
Creating daily and weekly status reports and other reports as necessary
Creating job card & schedule cards as required
Supporting existing team with relevant admin duties for our traincrew colleagues
Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications & Training
You should be enthusiastic, a good communicator with strong organisational skills, confident with IT and have an eye for detail. A knowledge of a Train Crew conditions and practices would be advantageous.
Usual hours of duty are 08.00 to 16.00 with lunch break Monday to Friday, with
occasional weekend work as required.
The training on required systems and tasks to complete will be provided.
