About the Opportunity:

As the Rostering Coordinator, you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our St Vincent’s Care Carseldine facility.
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term position based at our Carseldine Aged Care facility, working Monday to Friday during standard office hours.

Things that work for us:
Relevant experience in a similar role delivering rostering and administrative services, including the timely processing of timesheets
Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Kronos and Workday desirable)
High level of customer service skills
Ability to commit to an on-site Permanent Full-Time role, Monday to Friday
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives as per care plan
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities would be beneficial
Current flu, COVID-19 vaccination and National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
