As the Rostering Coordinator, you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our St Vincent’s Care Carseldine facility.  
 

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term position based at our Carseldine Aged Care facility, working Monday to Friday during standard office hours.

Things that work for us:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role delivering rostering and administrative services, including the timely processing of timesheets

  • Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Kronos and Workday desirable)

  • High level of customer service skills

  • Ability to commit to an on-site Permanent Full-Time role, Monday to Friday

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan

  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities would be beneficial

  • Current flu, COVID-19 vaccination and National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
