Rolls-Royce

Rolls-Royce Engineering and Technology Graduate Programme Germany 2026 - Dahlewitz (f/m/d)

Dahlewitz Full time

Job Description

At Rolls-Royce we are proud to be a business that has truly helped to shape the modern world and are committed to always being a force for progress; powering, protecting and connecting people everywhere.

By joining Rolls-Royce in an Emerging Talent programme, you'll have the opportunity to work on world-class solutions, supported by a culture that believes individuality is our greatest strength, and all perspectives, experiences and backgrounds help us innovate and enable our high-performance culture.

What you’ll be doing:

Over the two years of our Engineering and Technology Graduate Programme, you’ll gain invaluable insight into the scope and variety of the work we do and where you want to take your career with us.

You’ll join our Engineering, Technology and Safety organisation, which supports all our different divisions. You’ll complete rotational ‘gigs’, gathering experiences across the engineering lifecycle and building capabilities such as mechanical systems, manufacturing, software and digital, electrical, materials and development. These gigs could be within our central Engineering, Technology and Safety teams (known as ETS) or within our Civil Aerospace, or Defence divisions. We want to give you a breadth of experience across Rolls-Royce to build your network, enable you to grow, and help you find the best fit in our organisation.

It means you could find yourself doing anything from helping develop exciting new demonstrator engines like our UltraFan or using data, technology, and AI to drive the latest technological improvements.

And, with a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training and development, your ideas will come to life in real and meaningful ways. This will include completing a ‘Design & Make’ project, where you’ll work on a challenge set by business stakeholders enabling you to see the full engineering life cycle from design to manufacture.

Throughout your programme, you’ll be supported by your very own career coach, whose job it is to help you realise your full potential – not just on the programme, but beyond. You’ll work with your career coach to create a personalised development plan, which could include supporting you in obtaining a relevant professional qualification further down the line. With our support and culture of continuous learning, we’re confident you’ll feel included, developed, recognised, and motivated to succeed.

Who we’re looking for:

Any STEM degree, with subjects directly related to our work. Or a joint honours degree that combines a STEM subject with another, like business or economics.

You’ll also need to be as passionate as we are about the future of technology. You’ll care about putting safety, people, and always doing the right thing, first. If you’re open-minded, curious, and agile in your approach to work and your career development, we’ll give you the support and encouragement to make a difference, in our business and on the world.

You must be flexible about where you work and be open to travelling between locations where required. Through your rotational ‘gigs’ you’ll get the chance to work in different teams across the business, enabling you to build a wide network and gain a breadth of experience that will aid your future career.

Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

What we offer:

You’ll get the opportunity to work on real projects and make a real difference from day one. That’s why we make sure you’re properly rewarded for the work you do. We’re committed to providing an environment where you can be yourself and be your best. This includes welcoming you into an inclusive culture, investing in your continuous learning and development, giving you access to breadth and depth of experience, providing you with challenging and rewarding opportunities to make a difference, and giving ample reward and recognition.

Our vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future. Our multi-year transformation programme aims to turn Rolls-Royce into a high-performing, competitive, resilient and growing company. Join us, and it can be your future vision too.

Rolls-Royce are committed to being a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace where individuality is valued, diverse perspectives fuel innovation, and everyone can thrive.
