Position Details
- Position: Roll Off Driver
- Pay: $25+ per hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Local routes – home daily
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Roll Off Driver with Waste Connections, you will:
- Safely operate a roll‑off truck servicing commercial and industrial customers
- Deliver, swap, and remove open‑top containers and compactors
- Read and follow route sheets and dispatcher instructions
- Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment, etc.)
- Secure loads properly and operate hoist and cable systems safely
- Maintain professional, courteous interactions with customers and the public
- Complete other job‑related duties as needed
What We Need From You
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Clean driving record
- 2+ years of local driving experience (roll‑off experience preferred)
- Strong safety focus and reliability
- Comfort working independently in a production‑driven environment
