Are you someone who can:
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation
- Optimise work through the application of learning experiences
- Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
- Provide maintenance of running processes by ensuring processes are scheduled and executed accordingly
- Actively monitor the robotics process automation live environment to maintain uptime and minimize downtime
- Investigate failures and exceptions beyond surface-level troubleshooting.
- Identify root causes of an issue experienced in the live environment, propose and track permanent fixes.
- Maintain incident logs and knowledge base entries (bot failure, infrastructure outage, unexpected business exceptions).
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Bachelor of Science in Informatics or Blue prism certification.
- Have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment
- Relevant industry certifications as an added advantage
