Roasted Bean Fountain Worker - MGM Springfield

As a Fountain Worker at Roasted Bean located in MGM Springfield, you will play a key role in serving and garnishing food and drinks while delivering exceptional customer service. If you're a food handler who enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests, has 1+ year of experience in a high-volume restaurant and a passion for hospitality, we want you to bring your skills and positive attitude to our dynamic team!

THE STARTING RATE:  $18.05 per hour plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

• Collect payments while following cash handling procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and work areas.

• Pack orders according to guest preferences, including necessary condiments.

• Label and date products per safety and sanitation standards.

• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Manage inventory by unloading and organizing warehouse orders.

• Resolve guest complaints and report any issues to management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED

• One (1) year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant is preferred

• Barista experience is preferable

• Willing and able to work Part-time schedule, 8hr night shift, 2pm-10:45pm to include weekends and holidays
