Role Overview
This role supports the Consumer Mobile team by assisting with product testing, documentation, billing processes, and general operational tasks that ensure smooth execution of the international roaming value chain.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing documentation and supporting the testing of roaming products and services
• Help organize and maintain system cleanliness to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Provide operational support, including:
a. Entering vendor invoice details into Esker
b. Raising ADR during each billing cycle
c. Submitting monthly business waivers for testing numbers
• Follow up on customer and billing-related queries
• Support day-to-day operational tasks as assigned
Preferred Skills/Experience
• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related technical discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel or data-handling tools is an advantage
