Join a fast-growing company in a high-demand industry! We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Road Support Helpers. This is an active, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being on the move, and working as part of a team.
What You’ll Do:
Assist drivers with daily customer pickups
Stack, pack, and safely load/unload materials
Work efficiently to meet daily operational goals
Provide professional, customer-friendly service
Support warehouse operations as needed
What to Expect:
Fast-paced, labor-intensive work environment
Early mornings, late afternoons, and regular overtime
Occasional overnight travel (typically no more than one night at a time)
40–50 hours per week
What We’re Looking For:
Dependable and punctual — attendance matters
Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive throughout the shift
Team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Willingness to work both on the road and in the warehouse
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, stack, and move materials repeatedly
Comfortable standing, walking, and working on your feet for extended periods
Compensation:
$16.25 per hour
