Registered Nurse (RN) – Physical Medicine & Rehab Clinic

Location: East Building, 3rd Floor – La Crosse, WI
Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8-hour day shifts between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (typically 7:30AM - 4:00 PM) | No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call
FTE: 0.9 (72 hours per two weeks)

What You’ll Do

  • Assist providers with Botox and ultrasound-guided injections

  • Manage intrathecal pump refills, pain agreements, and urine drug screens

  • Support patients with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and complex care needs

  • Perform phone triage and EPIC in-basket management

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinic setting

What You Need

  • Must Have:

    • Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)

    • Active RN license in Wisconsin

    • BLS certification

  • Preferred:

    • Minimum 1 year RN experience

    • Strong communication, flexibility, and ability to multitask

    • Resilience and calm demeanor
