What you will do:

  • 0.8 FTE; 64 hours every two weeks
  • Six 9- hour shifts (7:30am-4:30pm) one 10-hour shift (7:00am – 5:00pm)
  • Full-time orientation
  • Call Shifts - Approximately 2-3 weeknight call shift (after a scheduled shift)
  • No overnight or weekend call, no holidays
  • Collaborate with Cardiotesting, Pre Op, Exercise Physiology, and the Cardiothoracic Surgery teams
  • This position is working in the EP lab only.
  • The EP Lab performs electrophysiology studies, radiofrequency ablations, pacemaker and defibrillator insertions.

What you need:

  • Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing
  • RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
  • 2 years RN experience, experience caring for cardiac patients required
  • BLS for healthcare providers, ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification a plus
