Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a full-time RN, Professional Development Nurse (Nurse Educator) to join a dynamic group of healthcare workers dedicated to enriching the lives of patients, families, and staff on our Medical Oncology Unit.

What you will do:

  • 1.0 FTE, salaried role

  • Support nursing education, competency, orientation, and professional development for RNs and CNAs in the Medical Oncology Unit.

  • Responsible for system projects and programs, and will work closely with several great teams:

    • Inpatient Medical Oncology leadership team (Director, Operational Manager, Clinical Nurse Leader, & Quality Nurse)

    • Large group of 40+ Professional Development Nurses

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

  • Master’s degree in Nursing required within 5 years

  • 3-4 years RN experience or equivalent required

  • Medical Oncology/Medical Surgical nursing experience required

  • RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin

  • Basic Life Support CPR for Health Care Providers
