Home Care Nurse Manager, Assistive Care
East Brunswick, NJ | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Salary: $90,000- $95,000 annually 

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Care Nurse Manager to lead our Assistive Care office in East Brunswick, NJ. This role combines clinical leadership, team development, and direct client impact across Middlesex and Somerset counties.

Responsibilities for a Home Care Nurse Manager:

  • Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care
  • Provide clinical oversight for assistive care clients throughout the community 
  • Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Home Health Aides in the field
  • Facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Qualifications for a Home Care Nurse Manager:

  • Active RN license
  • 2+ years of RN experience
  • Home care or supervisory experience preferred, not required
