RN Manager, Bilingual Spanish, Assistive Care 
Jersey City, NJ | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Salary: Up to $95,000 annually

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Bilingual Spanish-speaking Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Assistive Care State Programs office in Jersey City, NJ. This role combines clinical leadership, team development, and direct client impact across Hudson County.

Responsibilities for a RN Manager:

  •  Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
  • Provide clinical oversight for assistive care state program clients throughout Hudson County
  • Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
  •  Supervise, mentor, and support Home Health Aides in the field
  •  Facilitate new hire orientation.
  •  Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Qualifications for a RN Manager:

  • Active RN license
  • 2+ years of RN experience
  • Spanish fluency required
  • Home care or supervisory experience preferred, not required
