The team is looking for a RN Education Specialist to work full time, and willing to help train those that are looking to pursue a new and rewarding area of nursing!
Located in the heart of Clifton Park, Schuyler Ridge Residential Healthcare is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility offering a range of medical services and 24-hour residential care, as well as adult day services and short-term rehabilitation. Requirements:
Valid NYS RN license
3-5 Years related experience inLong term care facility as staff development coordinator. Preferred
Strong communication skills
Group and curriculum development skills required.
Familiarity with DOH regulations and survey preparation.
Knowledge ofword, excel and general computer skills required.
Must enjoy teaching and be comfortable working with staff at all levels.
Pay Range: $44.00 - $47.00 per hour
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
