Job Description:
Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies. Reponds to emergency calls, assists ambulance team in performance of medical services and safe transportation of patients to medical facilities.
Work Experience:
Behavioral health experience preferred.
Education Qualifications:
BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to:
ADN: $7,500
BSN: $10,000

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
BLS certification within one month
Must Meet the Following Qualifications:
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
One year of acute care Behavioral Health experience with Emergency Department experience preferred
