Overlake Medical Center and Clinics in Bellevue, WA is currently seeking, engaged, motivated, and compassionate RN Clinical Coordinator for our Senior Health Clinic.

The RN CC provides individualized care to geriatric/geropsych patients using evidence-based and age-appropriate nursing standards and interventions, focusing on management and care of common geriatric syndromes, (complex) chronic disease management, patient self-management support and education, preventive health maintenance, and care coordination across the healthcare continuum.

Who You Are

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required, BSN preferred.

  • Current WA state RN license required.

  • Health Care Provider CPR certification required.

  • Minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience in an ambulatory setting preferred; inpatient medical/surgical experience may be considered.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

  • Passion for working with seniors!
