- Manage high volume repair work orders across various categories related to facilities management including building and equipment needs.
- Communicating directly with vendors and requesters on work order status and resolution eta via all methods of communication
- Qualifying bids for accuracy, scope, and costs
- Setting job timelines and schedules
- Create change orders in workday related to repairs and maintenance
- Identifying and dispatching secondary vendor for additional bids when needed
- Maintain vendor lists and information up to date
- Identify when a work order needs to be escalated for additional support
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Skill/Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in MS office products
- Ability to consult with teammates at all organization levels
- Strong time management skills
