Prepare and present regular risk status reports and statistical summaries to clients and stakeholders, providing clear visibility of key risk trends and mitigation effectiveness.
Interface with clients and key stakeholders, attending regular meetings to discuss risk management activities and emerging issues.
Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of risk management practices across the project.
