Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for an apprentice on Risk and Insurance management for 1 year, starting in September 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).
You will be reporting to the Head of Risk and Insurance, within the Global Internal Audit Team, in charge of leading the Group’s global insurance programs, supporting subsidiaries in managing their operational risks, and contributing to strengthening overall business resilience.
Your key missions:
· Support insurance operations: Help manage global programs (Property, Liability, Transport, etc.).
· Data analysis: Collect and analyze data for renewals and reporting.
· Claims follow-up: Assist in tracking claims with brokers, insurers, and internal teams.
· Risk assessment: Contribute to identifying and mitigating risks and participate in ESG-related initiatives.
· Reporting & presentations: Prepare dashboards and documents for internal stakeholders.
· Projects: Participate in initiatives to optimize insurance processes and digital tools (improvement of data collection, improvement of insurance program…)
You will work in an international environment, with regular interactions with our subsidiaries and external partners.

· You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn, and enrolled in a master’s program (Business, Finance, Risk Management or related field).
· You have strong analytical and organizational skills, and you are comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint; insurance knowledge is a plus.
· You are rigorous and detailed-oriented and have data analysis capabilities; BI tools (PowerBI) knowledge would be appreciated.
· You have good communication skills in French and English, and you are collaborative and eager to interact with various stakeholders (finance, Internal Control/Audit, Operations…)
