Risk & Incident Officer
Bupa Place, Salford Quays or Willow House, Staines – hybrid working with minimum 1 day in the office
Permanent
Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary up to £56,300 DOE

As a Risk & Incident Officer, you’ll play a key role in protecting our customers and our business by supporting the delivery of robust risk, control and governance practices across UK Insurance Operations.
Working closely with the Senior Risk, Control and Governance Manager and operational risk owners, you’ll help embed Bupa’s Risk Management Framework into day‑to‑day activity. You’ll support teams to identify, manage and mitigate risk, strengthen controls and ensure customer outcome risks are well understood and effectively managed.
