At PwC, our people in risk and compliance focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice, and solutions. They help organisations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively.The MYVN R&Q (Risk and Quality) team in Vietnam works closely with the R&Q team in Malaysia, maintaining strong collaboration through regular communication, knowledge sharing and joint efforts on MYVN R&Q related matters. We also engage R&Q teams across the PwC network to gain insights into emerging trends, policy updates and best practices across our Lines of Service.
We are looking for a R&Q Senior Associate to join our R&Q team in the Ho Chi Minh City office.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and process various licence related applications, renewals and regulatory reporting for relevant PwC entities and personnel in a timely and accurate manner.
Serve as a liaison between regulators and licence holders.
Review and update licensing processes to reflect the latest policies, guidelines and regulatory changes.
Ensure accuracy, completeness and quality of information submitted for licensing applications, renewals and regulatory reporting.
Provide guidance and support to licence applicants, existing licence holders, practice staff and internal support teams on licensingrelated matters.
Organize and participate in monthly licensing meetings with team members, direct supervisor, and R&Q Leader.
Prepare, track and analyse data metrics for periodic reporting and management updates.
Support other R&Q activities, including monitoring tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Key requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Auditing, Finance, Law or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a general business environment e.g. management, customer service, administration, operations, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint slides.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
