Hi, we’re PEXA
Every time a house is bought, sold or refinanced in Australia your lawyer, conveyancer and lender will most likely use a digital platform to settle your property, this is where we come in. PEXA’s world-first digital settlement platform has revolutionised the way we exchange property in Australia helping over 20,000 people a week safely settle their homes.
Since starting our journey in 2010, we now employ a team of over 1,000 people working across multiple continents. We’re still growing, innovating and looking ahead, but behind our greatest achievements, there is a team of curious creators and big thinkers. That’s why, we’re looking for ambitious people like yourself to join the team.
A day in the life
You’ll spend your days working closely with people across the business, helping them understand risks and make confident decisions. One moment you might be running a risk workshop or talking through a new initiative with a product team, and the next you’re reviewing how well controls are working or digging into an incident to understand what happened and how to prevent it again.
You’ll bring structure and clarity to complex situations — turning risk insights into something meaningful for leaders and governance forums. You’ll also play a key role in keeping risk processes practical and fit-for-purpose, continuously looking for ways to improve how things are done.
It’s a role that blends thinking and doing: partnering with stakeholders, challenging where needed, and helping the business move forward in a safe and sustainable way.
