Job Description :

Develop and execute brand strategy for Dupixent AFRS (Allergic Fungal Rhinosinusitis) to maximize business performance through deep understanding of market dynamics, physician and patient insights, and competitive landscape.

Lead end-to-end product strategy development for AFRS, including planning, implementation, and evaluation, in collaboration with Rhino group and Rhinology department head.

Conduct market analysis, issue identification, hypothesis building, and strategic planning with cross-functional team members (Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, etc.).

Provide Japan-specific input to global team for global brand plan creation and develop local brand plan aligned with global strategy in collaboration with global and local cross-functional teams.

Drive execution of local brand plan, ensuring timely implementation of tactics and monitoring KPIs (sales, market share, patient reach).

Manage budget and resources effectively to achieve strategic objectives.

Obtain endorsement from internal and external stakeholders for strategy and implementation plans.

Evaluate and revise Japan AFRS strategy regularly to ensure effectiveness and agility in response to market changes.

Collaborate closely with global/local members to maximize Dupixent value in Rhino indications and ensure alignment across regions.

Delivering new hope to AFRS patients and their loved ones.

Essential Experience and Skills

2+ years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

Marketing-related skills such as market analysis and forecasting

Dupixent AFRS(アレルギー性真菌性副鼻腔炎)のブランド戦略を策定・実行し、ビジネスを最大化するため、市場動向、医師・患者インサイト、競合環境を深く理解する。

AFRSの製品戦略開発を計画から実行、評価まで主導し、Rhinoグループおよび鼻領域統括部長と連携する。 市場分析、課題特定、仮説構築、戦略立案をクロスファンクショナルチーム(メディカル、営業、マーケットアクセス、薬事など)と協働して推進する。

グローバルブランドプラン策定に向けて日本からのインプットを提供し、グローバル戦略に沿ったローカルブランドプランをグローバル・国内クロスファンクショナルチームと協働して策定する。

ローカルブランドプランの実行を推進し、戦術のタイムリーな実施とKPI(売上、シェア、患者到達数)のモニタリングを行う。

戦略目標達成のため、予算およびリソースを効果的に管理する。

戦略および実行計画について、社内外のステークホルダーから承認を得る。

日本におけるAFRS戦略を定期的に評価し、市場変化に応じて柔軟に改訂する。

グローバルおよびローカルメンバーと緊密に連携し、DupixentのRhino領域における価値を最大化し、地域間の整合性を確保する。

Required

Fluent in Japanese

Highly motivated to learn and actively improving English skills, even if business-level proficiency is not yet achieved.

Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA preferred)

Strong spirit of challenge and ability to proactively tackle tasks

Preferred

Experience in developing and executing brand strategies for new products (launch experience preferred)

Expertise in biologics and immunology

Specialized knowledge in the ENT field (especially CRSwNP)
