Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a key strategic pillar within Pernod Ricard’s transformation journey. The Global Revenue Growth Excellence team drives the development and deployment of world-class capabilities, processes, and tools across our markets to enable data-driven commercial decisions.
As RGM Excellence Manager, you will play a central role in accelerating the deployment of RGM solutions, strengthening pricing and promotion capabilities, and supporting markets in optimizing trade terms and commercial investments.
Support the Global Head of Revenue Growth Excellence in defining the RGM maturity roadmap across Pernod Ricard markets.
Identify priority markets for deployment of RGM tools and processes and build implementation roadmaps.
Act as a key interface between transformation teams, markets, and program owners to align priorities and budgets.
Support selected Pernod Ricard markets in the deployment and adoption of the Vista Rev’Up solution.
Engage local teams to launch projects and support project kick-off.
Present methodologies, tools, and best practices to local stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure post-go-live adoption and delivery of tangible business results.
Contribute to the design and development of RGM tools focused on:
Pricing
Promotion analytics
Trade terms optimization
Translate market needs into scalable solutions in collaboration with Data & Tech teams.
Support the development of strong business cases for new tools and capabilities.
Assist key markets in improving trade investment efficiency and trade terms management.
Provide analytical and methodological support to ensure sustainable improvements.
Facilitate knowledge sharing across markets through the RGM Global Community.
Organize at least quarterly community sessions to share results, insights, and best practices.
Promote successful use cases and measurable business impact across markets.
Collaborate with Data, IT, Business Development teams, and external consultants.
Support new market deployments and RGM capability projects (including TPM initiatives).
Contribute to Commercial Excellence summits, workshops, and transversal projects.
5–8 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, or Business Analytics
Experience managing international or cross-market projects
Experience in promotion analytics within FMCG/CPG companies is a strong plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to challenge the status quo and drive change
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong synthesis and reporting skills, including the ability to translate complex topics into clear recommendations
High level of autonomy and assertiveness
Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field
